L2VNI (Layer 2 VXLAN Network Identifier)
A VXLAN mode that provides a full Layer 2 Ethernet abstraction for a network overlay.
A VXLAN mode that provides a full Layer 2 Ethernet abstraction for a network overlay (or VPC in Hedgehog). It can carry L2 broadcast traffic, such as ARP and DHCP discovery Broadcast traffic is often problematic in performance sensitive environments because a small number of packets need to be replicated on many links, possibly leading to broadcast storms and other undesirable behavior coming from originally small transmissions.
