Hedgehog Website Privacy Policy

Effective date: Jan 2026

Last updated: Aug 10, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Hedgehog SONiC Foundation, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal offices in Seattle, Washington, doing business as "Hedgehog" ("Hedgehog," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about visitors to our websites.

This Policy applies to hedgehog.cloud, githedgehog.com, docs.hedgehog.cloud, hedgehog.ai and any other websites, blogs, or landing pages we operate that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Sites"). It covers information we collect when you visit the Sites, fill out a form, download resources such as our virtual lab (VLAB), use tools such as the AI Network Planner, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with us online.

This Policy does not cover data processed within the Hedgehog product or services delivered under a separate agreement (such as our Subscription Agreement); that processing is governed by the applicable customer agreement.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide to us

  • Contact and business information. When you request a consultation, contact us, register for a webinar or event, download content (for example, the Hedgehog VLAB), or use interactive tools such as the AI Network Planner, we may collect your name, work email address, company name, job title, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide.
  • Communications. If you email us or otherwise correspond with us, we keep a record of that correspondence.
  • Usage and device data. When you visit the Sites, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of visits.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies provided by our marketing and analytics platforms — including HubSpot (which hosts the Sites and our forms) and Google (Google Tag Manager and related analytics/advertising tags) — to operate the Sites, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and recognize returning visitors. See Section 6 (Cookies and Tracking Technologies) for choices available to you.
  • Third-party sources. We may receive information about you from publicly available sources (such as your company website or LinkedIn), event organizers, partners, or data providers, and combine it with information we collect through the Sites. These include Apollo, Clay and Hubspot Breeze intelligence.
  • Provide, operate, and improve the Sites and our content and tools;
  • Respond to your inquiries and consultation requests and provide requested resources (such as VLAB downloads or planner results);
  • Send marketing and other communications about our products, services, events, and content, where permitted by law (you can opt out at any time — see Section 7);
  • Understand how visitors use the Sites and measure and improve our marketing campaigns;
  • Protect the security and integrity of the Sites and our business, and detect and prevent fraud or misuse;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
  • Service providers. We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting and marketing automation (HubSpot), analytics and tag management (Google), email delivery, event management, and customer relationship management. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Partners. If you register for a jointly hosted event, webinar, or co-marketed content, we may share your registration information with the co-host, and this will be indicated at the point of collection.
  • Corporate transactions. We may share information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Hedgehog, our users, or others.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, which typically allow you to refuse or delete cookies. If the Sites display a cookie consent banner in your region, you can also set your preferences there.

For Google analytics and advertising technologies, you can learn more and opt out via Google's tools, including the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. 8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy — for example, for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you or your company, as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
